Return Policy

At Faucet-Warehouse, our mission is to provide premium service and products at warehouse prices.

Please review your order to make sure the items you’ve chosen are exactly what you need, paying close attention to the finish, valve options, and function. We know plumbing can be confusing, so if you have any questions, call our experts toll-free at 800-373-8987 before you order to avoid ordering the incorrect items and creating unnecessary returns. If you do need to return an item, please review the guidelines below:

**All returns must be authorized by a Faucet-Warehouse representative. All returns must be received by Faucet-Warehouse within 90 days of original order payment - All returns received after 90 days will receive store credit only via reward points.** Please call 800-373-8987 for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)# to set up a return. All returns made after 30 days of receipt and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any shipping fees are non-refundable.

You may return any of our stock items providing they meet the following conditions:

  • Return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense
  • Item and item box must be in brand-new, resellable condition
  • Item has NOT been installed
  • Item must be in its original box, including all parts, warranty cards, and directions
  • Box must be “clean” and free of writing and damage – do NOT use the product box as the shipping box!
  • Returns within 30 days of delivery will receive Full Refund. (less shipping charges)
  • Returns are allowed within 90 days of receipt
  • RMA #’s are valid for 30 days from date issued
  • Refused shipments, unauthorized returns, and any returns requested past 90 days of delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee

Exchanges
Exchanges will be handled as a RETURN and a NEW ORDER.

Damaged Items
Upon receipt of your order, please carefully inspect to ensure it has arrived in satisfactory condition. If an item appears damaged, please call our customer service department immediately at 800-373-8987. Damaged items will be replaced within 48 hours. If any items appear to be missing from your order, you must call within 48 hours so we can investigate further and make corrections as quickly as possible.

Defective items:

  • Faucet-Warehouse will not accept returns on any items that have been previously installed
  • Installed items are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer’s customer service department.
