Where do the products ship from?

Our products ship from our headquarters in Albany, New York.

 

Are the products you sell remanufactured?

Everything we sell is new, first quality purchased direct from the manufacturer. We do not sell any used or factory seconds.

 

Why are your prices so low?

We skip all the middlemen, which lowers the prices. We purchase direct from the manufacturers. When you purchase from a plumber, they buy from a store that buys from a wholesaler who buys from a distributor who buys from the manufacturer.

 

Do you have all the items on your site in stock?

One of our goals is to keep all the products in stock listed on our site. Occasionally the manufactures will "Back-Order" an item, which is beyond our control. We make every effort to make a note on the item if the item is back ordered for an extended period of time. If you are not sure about the stock status, please contact us at 1-800-373-8987.

 

Can I upgrade to faster shipping?

In the shopping cart you can choose the shipping method. UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2nd Day, or FedEx Standard Overnight.

 

Will I be charged sales tax?

By law, sales tax is charged only when we ship to addresses in New York State.

 

Is my e-mail address going to be given to 3rd parties?

We will NEVER sell or give your e-mail address to anyone. We use it solely for sending a Confirmation, Tracking number, or if there is a problem with your order.

 

How much is shipping going to cost?

We use acutely UPS rates. The weight of the order and zip code are sent to the UPS web site and it returns a shipping charge. We do not make profit on shipping charges.

 

What is your return policy?

You may return any of our products provided they meet the following conditions:
1. It is NOT a special order item.
2. Item has NOT been installed.
3. Item is in its original box.
4. Item has all the parts in the box.
5. The box must be clean. (not writing on box - i.e. "upstairs bathroom")
6. Items received less than 90 days ago.

Do you ship to Canada?

We do ship to Canada Via UPS or USPS. Please be advised that any order shipped to Canada via UPS will be subject to Duty and UPS Brokerage Fee. Please call UPS @ 1-800-pick-ups for details.

 

Are the products you sell covered on the manufacturer's warranty?

All Products we sell are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please see manufacturer's website for each product's warranty.

 

Can I purchase items not listed on your site?

If you are looking for a product not listed on our site, but is made by one of the manufacturers we sell, we should be able to get the item for you. (Unless it is made exclusively for retail stores, such as Home Depot or Lowe's).

 

Do drains come with ALL Faucets?

Unless otherwise stated, the only faucets that have drains included are bathroom sink faucets. Kitchen, tub, and shower faucets do not include drains because of the numerous different kinds of drains and combinations.

 

How long will it take to be delivered?

UPS provides all shipping, and every effort is made to ship on the same day if order is received by 5:00 EST. Shipping time depends upon your location. Please see Estimated Delivery Chart.
