products providing they meet the following conditions:
1.) It
is NOT a special order item
2.) Item
has NOT been installed
3.) Item
is in its original box
4.) Item
has all the parts in the box
5.) The
box must be clean (not writing on box–i.e. “upstairs bathroom
” )
6.)
Items received less than 90 days ago
To Make A
Return
- A RMA #
(Return Merchandise Authorization Number)
may be obtained by calling our Customer Service
department at 1-800-373-8987.
- A RMA # is required
for all returns.
- Returns without a RMA#
will not be accepted.
- RMA #’s issued
within 30 days of delivery will receive
Full Refund.
- RMA #’s issued
30 days after delivery will be subject to a
20% restocking charge
- RMA #’s are Valid for
30 days from date issued.
- Items received over
90 days ago CANNOT be Returned (as of 10/1/06)
- Shipping fees are
Non-Refundable
- Returned shipping fees are at the purchaser’s
expense, unless the item being returned is a result of our
error.
Exchanges
Any
exchange will be handled as a RETURN and a NEW ORDER.

Damaged Items
Upon receipt of your order, please carefully inspect the item to ensure it has arrived in satisfactory condition. If a product appears to be damaged
please call our customer service department immediately at 1-800-373-8987. Damaged
or shorted items will be replaced as long as your claim is made within 48 hours. Comments/Question
